Today I'll show you how watermelon, carrots, and tomatoes can each clarify a completely different cocktail using nothing but their natural pectin and cellulose, as well as a handy coffee filter. But that's not all, we'll also test a new carbonation system that you can use to chill and carbonate your cocktails at the same time, turning one of these clarified drinks into a highball you'll want to make again and again.
